Heated Meat, Melted Cheese & Grilled to Perfection. Items that are one size come on a hoagie roll, all others are on your choice of Stax fresh bread (White, Whole Wheat, Sourdough, or Rye).
Vandal Club - Turkey, Ham, and Bacon with Cheddar and Pepper Jack Cheese and Mayo.
Philly (One Size) - Roast Beef with Sauteed Green Peppers and Onions and Swiss Cheese. Served on a toasted Stax hoagie roll.
The Italian (One Size) - Ham and Pepperoni with Provolone Cheese, smothered with Marinara, Black Olive and Pepperoncini with Mayo. Served on a toasted Stax hoagie roll.
Brillo’s Reuben - Pastrami, Sauerkraut and Swiss Cheese with 1000 Island Dressing. Served on toasted Stax Rye bread.
Mushroom and Swiss - Roast Beef, Sauteed Mushrooms and Onions with Swiss Cheese.
French Dip (One Size) - Roast Beef and Swiss Cheese with Au Jus. Served on a toasted Stax hoagie roll.
Classic BLT - Smoked Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, and Mayo.
The BBQ - Roast Beef and Provolone Cheese, smothered in BBQ sauce.
Grilled Cheese - A classic, just choose your favorite Stax fresh bread and cheese.
*While our core menu is the same at each Stax, we often have limited time seasonal and regional specials including the Crab Melt (only in McCall) and Tuscan Chicken Melt (Moscow) among others!
